Order Acceptance and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Orders will be processed only upon successful receipt of full payment. We offer a range of secure payment methods for your convenience. Once an order is confirmed, the payment becomes non-refundable except in specific scenarios outlined in our refund policy.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide delivery services to multiple locations. Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen circumstances. FESTIGHAR is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Badges, brooches, goggles, bridal accessories will be dispatched in approximate 7-8 days
Premium robes, PJ sets, Shorts Sets, Platters, Wedding Jewellery and Keychains will be dispatched in approximate 12-14 days
Return gifts, organizers, clutches, potlis, bangles and bracelets will be dispatched in approximate 10 days
All other products unless explicitly mentioned, will need a minimum of 7-8 days for dispatch.
While we will try to dispatch early if possible, please consider above as the approximate dispatch timelines.
Cancellations and Order Modifications
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us on festighar.order@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Sales, Discounts, and Promotions
All sales and promotional offers are time-bound and subject to stock availability. FESTIGHAR reserves the exclusive right to extend, modify, or end any sale without prior notice.
