We provide delivery services to multiple locations. Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or unforeseen circumstances. FESTIGHAR is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Cancellations and Order Modifications

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us on festighar.order@gmail.com or through the same medium you placed order from as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a resolution based on our internal assessment. Our decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are final. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

  • Custom-made and pre-ordered items are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds will not be provided if our delivery partner fails after three attempts.
  • Orders cannot be refunded or resent if the shipping address provided is incorrect or outdated.
  • Minor colour or design variations are not grounds for exchange or return. Variations may result from screen settings or photographic lighting.
  • As our products are handcrafted, slight imperfections or uniqueness in design are to be expected and celebrated.
  • If a refund is approved, it will cover only the product value; shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not take responsibility for delays caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
  • Make a an opening video of the parcel on the day you receive it. Any defect needs to  be captured in opening video.

Sales, Discounts, and Promotions

All sales and promotional offers are time-bound and subject to stock availability. FESTIGHAR reserves the exclusive right to extend, modify, or end any sale without prior notice.
