Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

• Custom-made and pre-ordered items are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
  
• Orders cannot be refunded or resent if the shipping address provided is incorrect or outdated.
• Minor colour or design variations are not grounds for exchange or return. Variations may result from screen settings or photographic lighting.
• As our products are handcrafted, slight imperfections or uniqueness in design are to be expected and celebrated.
• If a refund is approved, it will cover only the product value; shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not take responsibility for delays caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
• Refunds will not be provided if the delivery partner fails after two attempts.
  
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please make an opening video of the parcel on the day when you receive it. Any defect needs to be captured in opening video. Without opening video we will not be able to exchange/refund in case any issue with the product. We will provide a resolution based on our internal assessment. Our decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are final.
